Covid 19 - Level 3

Level 2 care

Our Covid Screening questionnaire applies to ALL patients.

  • Have you had a Covid Test recently? And waiting results?

  • Have you been in contact with anyone with Covid?

  • Have you been to any places of interest?

  • Do you have a temperature, cough, cold, sore throat, runny nose or loss of taste?

 

A message will be sent to you before your appointment and if you answer yes to any of these, please contact us immediately so we can reschedule your appointment.

 

At this stage we ask that you do not bring any of your family members or friends along to your appointment.  If you do require assistance, then of course this is absolutely ok to do so.

 

 

Upon arrival:

  • Please enter the building at your appointment time

  • Masks are mandatory (for us and patients)

  • Hand sanitizer is available at our entrance, in reception and in Gary’s room

  • Please make sure you scan in, our QR Scanner is available in our reception and in Gary’s room.

 

Level 3 care 

 

We are open to most patients – not just urgent care but not ‘routine care’ either.

 

To mitigate any potential risk we have taken steps to ensure we are operating above the standard set by the MoH.

How we operate under Level 3:

 

  • Our appointment times have changed to allow cleaning in between patients.  This means we can only see reduced numbers during the day. 

  • Our sliding doors and windows are open for increased ventilation.

  • Our surfaces are wiped down regularly and the air is sprayed with anti-Covid spray Glen20.
